Passive - Shapeshift into an enemy. Enemies that are looking at are slowed while you're shapeshifted.

Q Ability - Create a plant that blooms and damages enemies. If an enemy is hit it blooms again up to 3 times max.

W Ability - Create an illusion of your current image that travels north east or west depending on your direction. You also gain a temporary movement speed boost.

Maxx "A"

If an enemy is summoned while Maxx "A" is on the field, 8 lasers are fired from the location of Maxx "A" at every 45 degree angle. You can only use one Maxx "A" per turn.

Maxx "A"s normal attack is to shoot a bullet in his current direction.

Tragoe gets stronger if more enemies are around.

1 Enemy or less: Shoots a laser in his current direction.

Non Aggression

If no attacks were made while Non Aggression was alive, lasers will continually fire from his spawn position and the coin's position for a limited time. 

Non Aggression's main attack is shooting a laser to hurt enemies.

McCloud can fly and shoot lasers at any 45 degree angle. This angle can be changed with the arrow keys.

Shotgun can fire a short range bullet that instantly destroys enemies. After he shoots there is a short reload period before he can shoot again.

Lakitu

Lakitu can drop spiny's that move around and hurt enemies that come in contact with them. The spiny's last for a short while after Lakitu leaves the game.

Kamikaze can self destruct to create a giant explosion.

Lobo can call his bike to run over enemies. He can ride his bike by pressing the up key when it's close to him. The bike appears on the opposite side of the screen that he's facing.
